BORESCOPE INSPECTION SERVICES

 

Eta Technologies LLC can inspect the internal flow pathways of your gas turbines with minimal disassembly and answer these questions for you:

• Are my compressor airfoils (rotating and stationary) in good condition, or are there cracks, impact damage, coating deterioration, rubs, bent airfoils, etc.?

• Are all compressor airfoils properly locked in place? Have any airfoils started to migrate out of their fit? Are compressor spacer shims loose or missing?

• What condition is my combustion hardware (fuel nozzles, baskets/liners, crossfires, transition pieces) in? How much longer can I run before replacing/refurbishing this hardware?

• What condition are my turbine blades and vanes in? Are coatings still protecting the base metal? Are there any significant cracking/damage issues that will keep me from reaching my next scheduled hot gas path inspection?

• What is the condition of my load gearbox and accessory gearbox bearings?

• We can also help with location and removal of items that are inadvertently dropped inside your machine.
